We were stuck for years in a big place we couldn't properly maintain, and it had to be sold "as-is" and cleared out in an impossible time. We didn't know real estate, and we knew it, so opted for London's "full-service" approach. But which agent? We had a tip from a friend, - "Kerry was so helpful!" - and Help was certainly what we needed. At its simplest, selling a house is a big project with many parties of different interests and capabilities - ourselves, buyers, title company, bank(s), government, and more, and nobody is in charge.
